Day 1: Drive from Nairobi to Ol Pejeta Conservancy-8^th Sept 2023

This morning we depart Nairobi at 8 am and proceed north, driving through lush tea and coffee estates arriving at the camp in time for check-in and lunch.

Sweetwaters land, the OlPejeta Conservancy and its sumptuous ranch were once the private domain of famed multi-millionaire, Adnan Kashoggi. We visit the Chimpanzee Sanctuary, a charming haven established by the Jane Goodall Institute to provide sanctuary to orphaned chimps, and the specially protected and fenced refuge of black rhino with its stunning forty specimens! In fact, Sweetwaters boasts excellent game viewing with the highest ratio of game to area of any park or reserve in Kenya. Moreover, the camp has its own private waterhole and salt lick so we’ll be guaranteed unprecedented close encounters. Whether its day or night game drives, camel trekking, lion tracking, al fresco dining or relaxing by pool, Sweetwaters is bound to delight.

Day 2: Explore Ol Pejeta Conservancy-Ride with Rhinos-9^th Sept 2023

Early Morning breakfast then drive to the Morani area where the horse rides begin and end. Embark on horseback for a “ride with rhinos”( 8:00 AM – 9:00AM).

This breathtaking ride within the 700-acre northern white rhino enclosure, accompanied by knowledgeable staff on Ol Pejeta’s safari horses.

These rides will take you on a journey through a predator-free area set aside by Ol Pejeta for the recovery of the northern white rhinoceros, as well as coming close to the last two remaining northern white rhinos on the planet (conditions permitting). You will also encounter many other species including southern white rhinos and a myriad of plains game. Return to the camp and relax while enjoying the views of animals drinking at the waterhole from the comfort of the camp.

Depart after lunch on an extensive game drive. Return to the camp in the evening dinner and overnight at Sweetwaters Serena Campor similar. Meal plan: Breakfast, Lunch and dinner.

Day 3: Explore Olpajeta Conservancy-Ride the Wild-10^th Sept 2023

After breakfast, drive to the Morani area where the horse rides begin and end. Embark on horseback for “ ride the wild ” experience ( 9:15AM - 11:15AM).  Carry more memories home by riding on horseback across the Ol Pejeta Plains. The experience, which lasts two hours, is unparalleled. Revel in a truly authentic adventure, exploring Ol Pejeta’s exquisite landscape and remarkable array of wildlife. Expertly guided Ride the Wild allows the opportunity to encounter animals in the most natural form, free from the confinements of a vehicle.

Depart after lunch on an extensive game drive before returning to the camp in the evening for leisure.

Day 4: Ol Pejeta Conservancy to Nairobi-11^th Sept 2023

An early morning game drive in Ol Pejeta Sweetwaters Conservancy. The Conservancy boasts an astounding variety of animals including all the “Big Five” (the endangered black rhino, leopard, elephant, buffalo and lion). The combination of amazing wildlife and stunning views across the open plains of Ol Pejeta guarantees an unforgettable safari experience. Return to camp mid morning to freshen up and thereafter lunch. Depart sweetwaters at 3pm by road to Nairobi. Drop off at the JKIA for your scheduled flight back home. Meal plan: Breakfast & lunch
